# 11 Prohibition of removal or transplantation of human organs or tissues or both for any purpose other than therapeutic purpose
11. Prohibition of removal or transplantation of 2 [human organs or tissues or both] for any purpose other than the rapeatic purposes.-- No donor and no person empowered to give authority for the removal of any human organ shall authorise the removal of any 1[human organ or tissue or both] for any purpose other than therapeutic purposes.
