# 20 Dissolution of Sikkim Bank
On the date of the issue of notification under sub-section (1) of section 6, the Sikkim Bank shall stand dissolved, and the State Bank of Sikkim Proclamation, 1968, shall stand repealed; and the provisions of section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), shall apply to such repeal as if the said Proclamation were a Central Act.
