RIGHTS OF VICTIMS AND WITNESSES


The provisions of section 360 of the Code and the
provisions of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958 (20 of 1958) shall not apply to any person above the
age of eighteen years who is found guilty of having committed an offence under this Act.
