ADMINISTRATIVE MACHINERY FOR THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS


1[20. General duties of chief electoral officers.--Subject to the superintendence, direction and
control of the Election Commission, the chief electoral officer of each State shall supervise the conduct of
all elections in the State under this Act.
