ESTABLISHMENT OF TRIBUNAL AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL


An Appellate Tribunal shall consist of one person only
(hereinafter referred to as 1[the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal]) to be appointed, by notification,
by the Central Government.
