Amendment of Act 24 of 1973

All sections

In the North-Eastern Hill University Act, 1973,--

(i) in section 1, in sub-section (2), for the words "States of Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh",
the words "State of Meghalaya" shall be substituted;

(ii) in section 2, in clause (l), for the words "States of Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh", the
words "State of Meghalaya" shall be substituted;

(iii) in section 6, in sub-section (1), for the words "States of Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh",
the words "State of Meghalaya" shall be substituted.
