# 27    Amendment of Scheduled Castes Orders

(1) On and from the appointed day, the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950, shall stand amended as directed in the Eighth Schedule.

(2) On and from the appointed day, the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) (Union Territories) Order, 1951, shall stand amended as directed in the Ninth Schedule.
