# 13 Terms and conditions of services of Chairperson and Members of Adjudicating Authority
1[13. Terms and conditions of services of Chairperson and Members of Adjudicating Authority.--(1) The salary and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members of the Adjudicating Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
(2) Any vacancy caused to the office of the Chairperson or any other Member shall be filled up within a period of three months from the date on which such vacancy occurs.]
