II.--MARRIAGES BETWEEN PARSIS


Any priest knowingly and wilfully
solemnizing any marriage contrary to and in violation of section 4 shall, on conviction thereof, be
punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may
extend to two hundred rupees, or with both.
