DELAYED PAYMENTS TO MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES


The State Government
shall, by notification, establish one or more Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils, at such
places, exercising such jurisdiction and for such areas, as may be specified in the notification.
