GRAM PANCHAYATS


Subject to the provisions of this section, every
Gram Panchayat shall, after a re-appropriation made by law in this behalf, be entitled to receive
grants-in-aid from the Consolidated Fund of the State as recommended by the State Finance Commission,
constituted under section 97 of this Act.
