# 23 Certificates to be made in duplicate

Every certificate of competency or service ¹[and ¹[and every licence] granted under this Act shall be made in duplicate, and one copy shall be delivered to the person entitled to the certificate, ¹[or licence] and the other shall be kept and recorded in the prescribed manner.
