Short title, extent and commencement

Definitions

Certain prohibitions in relation to infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles and infant foods

Prohibition of incentives for the use or sale of infant milk substitutes or feeding bottles

Donations of infant milk substitutes or feeding bottles or equipment of materials relating thereto

Information on containers and labels of infant milk substitutes of infant foods

Educational and other materials relating to feeding of infants to contain certain particulars

Health care system

All sections

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall
lie against the Central Government or any State Government or any officer of the Central Government
1[or a representative of such voluntary organisation which is notified under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of
section 21] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
