# 18FH Stay of suits and other proceedings
1[18FH. Stay of suits and other proceedings.--In the case of a company in respect of which an order under section 18FD has been made, no suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted or continued against the company except with the previous permission of the Central Government or any officer or authority authorised by that Government in this behalf.]
