MISCELLANEOUS


If any person whose name has been removed
from a register fails without sufficient cause forthwith to surrender his certificate of registration or certificate of renewal, or both, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees
and in case of a continuing offence with an additional fine which may extend to ten rupees per day after
the first day during which the offence continues..
