CONDITIONS OF TRANSMISSION OF POSTAL ARTICLES


1[27D. Jurisdiction barred.--No order passed or action taken under section 27B shall be called in
question in any court otherwise than in accordance with the second proviso to sub-section (3) of that
section.]
