AUTHORITIES OF INDIAN INSTITUTES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ESTABLISHED IN PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP


(1) The Chairperson may, by writing under his hand addressed to
the Visitor, resign his office.

(2) Any member of the Board, except ex officio members, may, by writing under his hand addressed
to the Chairperson, resign his office.
