ESTABLISHMENT OF TRIBUNALS


If, for any reason, any vacancy occurs in the office of the Chairman or

[the member] of a Tribunal, the Central Government may fill the vacancy by appointing any person who
fulfils the qualifications specified in sub-section (2) of section 5, as the Chairman, or, as the case may be,
member of such Tribunal.
