LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY


(1) A Bill pending in the Legislative Assembly shall not
lapse by reason of the prorogation of the Assembly.

(2) A Bill which is pending in the Legislative Assembly shall lapse on a dissolution of the
Assembly.
