PREVENTION, CONTROL AND ABATEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUCTION


No person carrying on any industry, operation
or process shall discharge or emit or permit to be discharged or emitted any environmental pollutant in
excess or such standards as may be prescribed.
