PROVISIONS RELATING TO AYURVEDIC, SIDDHA AND UNANI DRUGS


1[33KA. Disclosure of name of manufacturer, etc. -- Every person, not being the manufacturer
of any Ayurvedic, Siddha or Unani drug or his agent for the distribution thereof, shall, if so required,
disclose to the Inspector the name, address and .
other particulars of the person from whom he acquired the
Ayurvedic, Siddha or Unani drug.]
