# 23    Delegation of powers

The Commission may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to the Chairman or any other member or any officer of the Commission, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary for the efficient running of the day-to-day administration of the Commission.
