Disposal of fees, rewards, etc

Cesser of operation of certain enactments and savings

Police force functioning in Delhi immediately before the commencement of this Act to be  deemed to be police force constituted under this Act

MISCELLANEOUS


(1) The Delhi Police Ordinance, 1978 (Ord. 2 of 1978) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed
shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
