# 45 Protection of action taken in good faith
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or 1 [any other officer of the Central Government] or the officer or officers constituting the Highway Administration or any other officer authorised by such Administration under this Act or any other person, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
