NUCLEAR DAMAGE CLAIMS COMMISSION


Every
proceeding before the Claims Commissioner or the Commission under this Act shall be deemed to be
judicial proceeding within the meaning of sections 193, 219 and 228 of, and for the purposes of section
196 of, the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
