NUCLEAR DAMAGE CLAIMS COMMISSION


The Chairperson or a Member, as the case may be, shall hold office as such for a
term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for reappointment
for another term of three years:

Provided that no person shall hold office as such Chairperson or Member after he has attained the age
of sixty-seven years.
