Miscellaneous


The Central Government may, for
reason to be recorded, direct that any specified work, repair, renewal or replacement which is to be
undertaken by or for the Board under this Chapter, shall be carried out on behalf of the Board by the
Central Government and the Board shall pay the charges there for at the rates and subject to the terms for the time being applicable in the case of works constructed by that Government on behalf of a local
authority.
