Conservancy and sanitation


No owner, occupier, lessee or any other occupant of
the premises shall allow or cause to be allowed any air pollutant above the standards, laid down under
clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution)
Act, 1981 (14 of 1981).
