# 19A Constitution of boards and committees
1[19A. Constitution of boards and committees.--Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act or by the Statutes to appoint boards or committees, such board or committee shall, unless there is some special provision to the contrary, consist of members of the authority concerned and of such other persons (if any) as the authority in each case may think fit.]]
