EXECUTION OF SENTENCE, PARDON, REMISSION, ETC.


A person under sentence of imprisonment may,
during his conveyance from place to place, or when on board ship, aircraft or otherwise, be subjected to
such restraint as is necessary for his safe conduct and removal.
