# 14    Act to have overriding effect

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the memorandum or regulations or the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 (West Bengal Act XXVI, 1961) or any other law for the time being in force.
