# 8 Allowances of President and members
The President and members shall receive such allowances, if any, 1[from the Institute of which they are the President and members] as may be prescribed by rules.
2[Provided that in case a person is a President of two or more Institutes, the allowances shall be borne by the Institutes in such proportion as may be prescribed by rules.]
