# 21 Authentication of the orders and instruments of the Institute
All orders and 1[decisions of every Institute] shall be authenticated by the signature of the President or any other member authorised by the Institute in this behalf and all other instruments shall be authenticated by the signature of the Director or any other 2[officer of every Institute] authorised in like manner in this behalf.
