# 40 Protection of action taken in good faith
1[40. Protection of action taken in good faith.--No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or employee of the University for anything which. is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, Statutes or Ordinances.]
