# 19    Exproprietary tenants

Every person who--

(a) is, at the commencement of this Act, an exproprietary tenant in accordance with the provisions of the Ajmere Land and Revenue Regulation, 1877 (2 of 1877), or

(b) acquires exproprietary rights in accordance with the provisions of this Act,

shall be called an exproprietary tenant.
