# 11A Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A
1[11A. Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A.--If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section 5A, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2[two years] or 3[with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees], or with both.]
